An Imprint of VARØ Industries
Content creation, community, and commerce — an imprint of VARØ Industries.
The New Janky Workshop is where the making gets filmed. YouTube videos, social media, a growing community of makers and builders — all built around the same shop, the same tools, and the same person.
What It Is
The New Janky Workshop is the content creation imprint of VARØ Industries. It's a working fabrication studio in Massachusetts — not a set, not a studio apartment with a cutting mat, not an influencer's prop room. The tools are real, the projects are real, and yes, the cleanup takes forever.
The channel covers what actually happens in the shop: woodworking, leatherwork, metalwork, laser cutting and engraving, CNC routing, 3D printing — project builds, tutorials, product reviews, and the occasional thing that very much does not go as planned. Massachusetts-based. Gillette Stadium adjacent. Mildly obsessed with making things that solve problems.
It's called "janky" for a reason. Not everything comes out perfect. The process matters as much as the result, and the channel doesn't pretend otherwise. If you want polished woodworking content from a guy who has a full professional TV crew and unlimited lumber — this isn't that. If you want honest making from someone who figures things out as they go, you're in the right place.

Commerce
Beyond the videos, there's a full store. Digital plans and templates for your own builds, apparel, drinkware, leather goods, hand tools, scrap packs, stickers, and more. Everything ships from the same shop where the content gets made.
